DOES PROGROWTH COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Information provided by users
ProGrowth’s purpose is to help Group members achieve their full potential in developing their business. ProGrowth helps its members develop their relationship systems, facilitates communication among members, and assists networking and mutually-beneficial relationship building among members and their contacts. To help accomplish these objectives, ProGrowth collects personally identifiable information when individuals provide the information on a voluntary basis. For example, such personally identifiable information may be gathered from registering with ProGrowth, applying to join a ProGrowth Premier, or from submitting the information on the ProGrowth website. ProGrowth may also gather information through a contest or sweepstakes registration, the registration process for subscription or services and in connection with content submissions, community postings (e.g., chat and forums), suggestions, voting/polling activities and transactional areas, and referrals from members and others. Individual Group members may also submit personally identifiable information about other individuals (not members of a ProGrowth Premier) potentially interested in meeting or networking with other Group members. This information may include name, employer, business market segment, phone and fax and fax numbers, and e-mail address. Group members are not to upload confidential or non-public information about other persons.
This information may be stored on the ProGowth website and made available to ProGrowth Premier members or users interested in ProGrowth. We use this information for such purposes as responding to Group members’ requests or inquiries, improving our services, informing you of activities and offers of our business partners, facilitating the exchange of business between and among Group members and their contacts, communicating with you regarding your account status, changes to the ProGrowth Premier agreement and other matters relevant to the underlying service and/or the information collected. We may share your contact information (name, employer, business market segment, phone and fax and fax numbers, e-mail address) among other ProGrowth Premier members that may be interested in contacting you or exchanging business with you.
Upon request, ProGrowth will use reasonable efforts to allow ProGrowth Premier members or website users to update or correct personal information previously submitted by them to the extent such activities will not compromise privacy or security interests. If you are not a ProGrowth Premier member and your contact information has been submitted to ProGrowth by another person, and you would like it removed, please contact ProGrowth. Upon the request for your contact information to be deleted from the ProGrowth website, ProGrowth will use commercially reasonable efforts to functionally delete the user and his or her personal information from its database; however, it may be impossible to delete a user's entry without some residual information being retained by ProGrowth because of the nature in which backups of data are maintained. Requests for updating, correcting, or deletion of your information should be submitted to ProGrowth at ken@progrowthpremier.com
Information automatically provided
We track user behavior on our website automatically. That information may include your IP address, your domain server, your type of computer, your type of web browser and statistical information regarding the pages you visit. We use this information to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the site and to inform advertisers of such information as well as the number of users that have been exposed to or clicked on their advertising banners.
Use of Cookies
Users also should be aware that non-personal information and data may be automatically collected through the standard operation of ProGrowth's internet servers or through the use of cookies. Cookies are small text files a web site can use to recognize repeat users, facilitate the user's ongoing access to and use of the site and allow a site to track usage behavior and compile aggregate data that will allow content improvements and targeted advertising. Cookies are not programs that come onto a user's system and damage files. Generally, cookies work by assigning a unique number to the user that has no meaning outside the assigning site. Users should be aware that ProGrowth cannot control the use of cookies or the resulting information by advertisers or third parties hosting data for ProGrowth. If a user does not want information collected through the use of cookies, there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows the user to deny or accept the cookie feature; however, users should note that cookies may be necessary to provide the user with certain features (e.g., customized delivery of information) that may be available on the ProGrowth site.

In addition, ProGrowth may occasionally send e-mail promotions out to its Group members on behalf of third-party sponsors.
